Responsibilities

Team Introduction We are a global product team that is responsible for improving the compliance level & customer experience of TikTok ads settlement service and reducing the financial risk of TikTok ads. We also provide effective tools and platforms for related financial operational teams to help them provide high quality settlement services to our customers. Responsibilities - Oversee risk control products in international commercial transactions, strengthening the capability to detect and address risks in customer activities during cross-border transactions, minimizing operational risks to the greatest extent while reducing impacts on business growth to a minimum. - Develop clear roadmaps and objectives for assigned products, and be accountable for product performance metrics. This includes exploring business scenario requirements, designing product solutions, tracking user feedback, iterating product features, and optimizing key indicators post-launch. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging professional expertise to advance projects, delivering continuous and user-centric platform services, and owning the end-to-end user experience.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of product experience in the ad tech industry. - Knowledge of basic accounting design for accounts in ToB business scenarios, transaction management, and flexible application of fund utilization across diverse scenarios. - Ability to identify business priorities and key metrics, with the capacity to independently complete core risk control product design. - Proven experience in driving successful product launches through cross-functional collaboration with finance, engineering, and operations teams, particularly in online transaction risk control products.
