Team Introduction The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change. About the Role TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst. This role will partner with our advertisers to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support. We seek highly-driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success. Responsibilities: - Support Measurement Partners with ad effectiveness analysis for advertisers to help them quantify the value TikTok drives for their business and optimize their campaigns - Partner primarily with global clients and agencies to provide measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform - Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for key clients. - Develop a close relationship with TikTok's measurement product organization to better enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions - Partner closely with data science teams to develop meta-analysis that produces media insights for advertisers to take action on
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Foundational experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers - A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods - Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must - Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill - A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration - Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred - Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are a plus; Practical experience operating within data for an at-scale business preferred Preferred qualifications: - Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus - Detailed category experience, ideally working with advertisers in one or more categories - Experience in a global role or multi-market role working across time zones - Experiencing managing or working with 3rd party vendors - Owning projects and/or workstreams
