About the Team The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO to support all aspects of Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse operations, solution, business development and e-commerce to ensure smooth execution and alignment of FBT projects and processes. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of FBT-related projects and operational tasks. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure deadlines are met. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams (e.g., FBT Ops, BD, Solutions) and external partners. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics. - Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in FBT workflows and propose mitigation strategies. - Support process improvements and standardization efforts related to FBT operations. - Coordinate meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with relevant stakeholders. - Manage data collection and analysis to support decision-making for FBT initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards within FBT projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce; - Strong understanding of fulfillment processes, especially involving third-party logistics (3PL) and FBT models; - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and MS Office suite; - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; - Fluent in Chinese, able to use Chinese as a working language (speaking and writing in particular) in order to work with central teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with FBT, experienced working in similar fulfillment operations or 3PL operations. - Knowledge of Tiktok Shop E-commerce. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
