About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. The IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) protection function within the GNE team is committed to protecting intellectual property rights and maintaining a safe e-commerce environment on Tiktok's E-commerce Platforms. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2025 - Oct 2025. Responsibilities - Enforce E-commerce IPR policies to minimise platform risk. - Analyse, investigate and respond to reports of alleged IPR infringements. - Assist with reviewing and identifying improvement points in policies or processes. Initiate and/or participate in policy/process optimisation projects. - Educate internal stakeholders and raise awareness of TikTok's E-Commerce IPR protection measures. - Analyse IPR data to derive valuable insights from risk signals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s in relevant fields. - Experience in E-commerce risk governance or Intellectual Property risk governance will be a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Prior exposure to Intellectual Property Law or other Intellectual Property related work or study experience will be a plus. - Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with strong attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels. - Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
