Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety with the goal of keeping our users and community safe. Our team provides data solutions and data insights for Trust & Safety. Responsibilities - Work with large and complex data sets to support project execution and strategic planning - Own large-scale quantitative analysis projects from start to finish, including developing metrics, creating analytical frameworks and distilling complex results into clear and concise insights - Design and establish comprehensive product metrics frameworks based on product stages and business purposes. - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for improving or iterating product features. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and influence stakeholders through data-based recommendations - Research data science theories and methodology to evaluate and improve various CV/NLP models, LLMs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related fields - Experienced in adopting scientific methods to solve business problems; - Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating across effectively and efficiently; - Ownership; proactive, skillful, candid and clear communication; ability to handle high complexity, urgency, cross-functional alignment; stay empathetic. - Team management experience. Experience in leading, managing and coaching team members. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in content safety related area. - Possess at least one advantage among content understanding/ moderation, machine learning, measurement-and-experiment-driven product iteration, LLM applications, LLM evaluation, Prompt Engineering. - Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in a coherent and comprehensive way; - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
