Responsibilities
About the Team The Data-TnS QA team is responsible for high product quality of Trust and Safety. We focus on testing and delivering high-quality products of content safety and content understanding, which protect our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate develop and manage the quality challenges both in the development and production stage. We embrace a culture of diversity, intellectual curiosity, openness, and problem-solving. We encourage close collaboration while promoting self-direction. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations. - Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance. - Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline - 2+ years experience in quality assurance of Internet products, mainly server-side - Have experience in server-side automation testing - Strong analytical, problem solving skills, ability to coordinate with different local and global teams - Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java - Experience of working with teams in different time zones
