Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. Responsibilities - Reporting to the Head of CNOB&APAC&LATAM&METAP General Manager in TikTok, you will lead a team focused on providing valuable analysis to our internal partners across GBS CNOB&APAC&LATAM&METAP - Communicate with leadership, identify business goals and challenges to define research roadmap and project scope, be the subject matter expert for business analysis and intelligence to the sales and client solution teams - Manage and steer the team to deliver projects and drive business growth pillars - Connect the dots to deliver clear, actionable client-friendly narratives by leveraging on various sources of data and information - Develop and execute an insights outreach programme, taking a proactive approach to solutions to assist the platform sales team to continuously improve consumer experience - Own thought leadership role within the community, proactively share interesting and thought provoking insights to business leaders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above, graduate degree is preferred, math, statistics, computer-related majors are preferred, strong capability of data analytics is required - Proficient in research and analysis, with at least 5 years' experience in a people management role - Robust quantitative analytical skills to complement strong business acumen and data storytelling - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple leadership levels and cross-functional teams - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in client side (brand) and agency side experience, consulting, e-commerce ads will be an advantage. - Proficiency in SQL, R/Python for data analysis, understanding of common statistical and analytical methods, and skills in BI visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is a plus - Fast learner, passionate about participating in business, and able to adapt to high intensity and fast growth work environment
