About AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. We are looking for experienced product managers to support the introduction of a robust automation strategy to reduce manual effort of generating high quality prompts and models. The end-to-end product will need to drive the scaling of data labelling / annotation through automated processes and deliver significant measurable impact with the least possible cost (labelling productivity and efficiency). Responsibilities: - Champion the design and rollout of the automation strategy and execution roadmap. - Drive product solution initiatives by setting clear, ambitious goals and taking ownership of results. - Conduct in-depth market and competitor research; gather actionable insights and user feedback to inform product direction/design. - Define and prioritize product features based on business goals and stakeholder/user needs. - Conduct user acceptance tests and overall readiness checks (policy, SOP, system, dashboards, etc.). - Monitor model performance and iterate based on user feedback, trends and business requirements. - Expertly interpret and rewrite policies and guidance into LLM-ready formats, ensuring clarity and compliance. - Collaborate with Business Partners to clarify and eliminate ambiguities in the requirement/SOPs, and drive alignment with business policy. - Drive innovation by staying informed of the latest LLM and AI industry trends, and adapting best practices to internal workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive continuous improvement. - Ensure timely delivery of projects, provide project visibility and proactively progress updates to leaders and stakeholders


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelors/Master's degree in related business or technical field. 2. Ability to develop long-term product vision and roadmap and translate into executable deliverables and milestones. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation to stakeholders and executives. 4. Ability to influence & guide cross-functional teams without authority. 5. Familiar with PRD writing (e.g. swimlane diagram, sequence diagram etc.) and functional design. 6. Experience working with large language models and other AI systems, and familiarity with programming languages and scripting skills. 7. Previous experience in the tech industry, particularly within social media or short video platforms. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science. 2. Knowledge and passion for technical and platform product management experiences.
