Responsibilities
About the Team The team is responsible for responsible for general features content safety of global products. And we will be investing in controlling the risk level and improving efficiency while establishing safety methodology, the team will be cooperating business teams and cross-functional stakeholders across the Trust and Safety division. Responsibilities - Be responsible for the overall content safety of ByteDance GenAI products globally; - Conduct risk assessments and design safety strategies for GenAI products and features; - Leverage data and user feedback (both internal and external) to solve online safety risks, and continuously optimize safety capabilities; - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in the GenAI space; - Collaborate with Business, Technical, and Ops teams to support business growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of product management experience, previous experience in strategies, data science, or machine learning, or experience in a Trust & Safety-related role is a big plus; - Strong product design ability, data-driven, and experience working with complex products and ecosystems; - Strong interest in GenAI, large models, prompt engineering, model training, and GenAI application scenarios; - A go-getter attitude that proactively responds to and tackles business challenges. Preferred Qualifications - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. - Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
