Responsibilities: - Conduct weekly discrepancy weight checks with logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely chargeable weight release. - Investigate and resolve logistics fraud cases by collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Support daily logistics operations, including internal escalations and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications
