Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. TikTok LIVE campaigns are a critical driver of platform engagement. They help activate the ecosystem, attract and retain creators and their audiences. Campaigns also play a key role in supporting creator monetization. We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager for the French market to join our expanding TikTok LIVE team in Paris. You'll know what makes the audience tick and how to engage them through well-thought-out and designed gameplays. You'll work cross-functionally with our creator, agency, and strategy teams to drive platform and revenue growth. Responsibilities: -Create, plan and execute goal driven LIVE campaigns tailored to all creator tiers for the French and Belgium market -Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identify trends and patterns to continuously improve gameplays -Collaborate with our local creator and agency teams to ensure creator education and maximize participation rate -Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience -Work with product teams to come up with new ideas and new ways to engage audiences and LIVE creators though campaigns -Work cross-functionally with revenue, product and creative teams to enhance and improve the LIVE experience -Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies -Be creative and champion new ideas
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications -Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze large data sets and spot trends -Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail, root cause analysis, and data interpretation -Excellent communication and presentation skills in a collaborative environment -Comfort with working in a fast-paced and changing environment with proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment. -At least 2 years experience working in a live streaming, video sharing or digital campaigns focus role. -Fluent in French and English Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in guild or streamer operations, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Previous background in live streaming is preferred but not needed
