In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering the best customer experience by providing the best service. Responsibilities - Accurately identify high potential merchants and drive accelerated incubation with a focus on seller cold start, growth, retention and graduation. - Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals for both content & non-content channels. - Able to lead category & merchant strategy special projects when needed, driving high-priority business initiatives with data analytics, strategic research, and project management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. content, marketing, operations) to create impactful campaigns aligned with category goals. - Monitor key metrics and develop actionable insights to continuously optimize campaign outcomes and seller engagement.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years experience in ecommerce; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Strong judgment and independent thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies. Preferred Qualifications - Prior working experience in business development and/or strategy roles - Experience in campaign planning and execution, especially in online retail or digital platforms. - Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred.
