Responsibilities

About the team Creator Ecosystem Development team manages both creator agencies: Multi-Channel Network (MCNs) and TikTok Affiliate Partners (TAPs), optimizing the relationship between creators, merchants and agency partners on TikTok Shop. By leveraging TikTok Shop's content and e-commerce capabilities, we enable the agencies and their creators to deliver real-time shopping experiences that significantly boost product visibility and sales conversions, ultimately helping merchants grow their affiliate revenue and creators earnings from commission. Responsibilities - Manage the BD, support, and overall operation of MCNs & TAPs while developing long and short term plans to help the development of the agencies on TTS' platform - Responsible for the operation of the MCN & TAP sector, familiar with platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationship with agency partners, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently - Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with agency partners to enhance agency growth and work alongside the seller and creator team to support MCN & TAP - Help with daily operations of agencies and navigating cross-functional teams, developing regulations while extending MCN & TAP's assortment - Has Malaysia MCN industry insight to be able to grasp industry trends in time and implement into creator agency management practices


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in pan-entertainment, brands e-commerce or agency partners, guild operation, have a macro vision, and have insight into creator/MCN trends - Maintain a good relationship with the platform, have an in-depth understanding of the MCN operation model, and have practical experience Preferred Qualifications - Possess strategic and business abilities, strong team management skills, good pressure resistance and collaboration skills - Have livestream related experiences with celebrities/micro KOLs/ brands including scripting, equipment setting, and product strategies
