We're looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer/Editor to support the creation of content that drives impact across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for shooting and editing short-form and mid-form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about storytelling, content creation, and understands the nuances of each platform from fast-paced, trend-led edits to professional, brand-led storytelling. Responsibilities: - Conceptualise innovative video ideas that align with marketing objectives and resonate with our target audience. - Support the end-to-end production process, from filming to editing and final delivery. - Produce content for a variety of formats, including social media, events, and internal campaigns. - Edit video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus. - Collaborate with multiple marketing functions to bring briefs to life. - Monitor performance of content and iterate based on feedback and data insights. - Work on static design projects from time to time


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro); basic understanding of After Effects and Capcut is desirable. - Understanding of static design formats and software (Figma, illustrator, photoshop etc) - Confident using cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to create professional-quality content. - A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your creativity and ability to produce engaging short-form video. - Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and passion for TikTok and emerging content trends.
