About the Team TikTok Shop logistics services aims to help the growth of the sellers on this platform. The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply as early as possible. Responsibilities - Understand the foundation of Fulfilled by TikTok Shop and Shipped via Platform, clearly distinguishes the difference between these two TikTok Shop logistics offerings, and thus provides tailored suggestions to Sellers based on Seller's current TikTok Shop logistics performance. - Engages with Mass Acquisition, Incubation and Marketing teams to help drive campaigns for wider Merchant outreach for TikTok Shop Merchants, including hosting and participating in webinars/digital events and attending Merchant Meetings with eCommerce team account managers; - Work cross functionally with logistics solutions and operations teams to understand Seller feedback and potential improvement areas. This may include activities such as sharing Merchant feedback (Voice of the Customer), conducting reviews with eCommerce Account managers, and running Surveys/Roundtable with Merchants; - Regularly engage with a limited set of Sellers to give limited operational support. - Provide regular updates internally to the progress of the lead/funnels and potential trends/forecasts. This may involve developing funnel views and metrics to help drive Business Development discussions.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Bachelor/Master in university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the Germany, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to breaking down complex solutions into clear, seller-friendly language; - Confident in pitching and persuading stakeholders with professionalism and clarity; - Strong analytical thinking and a curiosity-driven mindset; - Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment (i.e., you’re agile and thrive on change); - Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership; - Excellent at team working, having the ability to confidently build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; - Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool; - Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
