About the team: The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe’s dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Data collection & analysis, eg. cleaning and verifying merchant data to ensure it meets e-commerce criteria and matches platform records. - Other Operational Support, eg. assisting with operational tasks such as process tracking, reporting, and documentation, ensuring smooth coordination across the team. - Contribute to strategic research, business analysis, and data processing for TikTok’s global e-commerce operations. - Collaborate with business teams to drive key projects and ensure the successful execution of strategies.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026, available for 4–5 days per week, for at least 4 months. - Proficiency in data analysis and processing; SQL skills are a bonus. - Fluency in English and proven ability to conduct cross-cultural research. Preferred Qualifications - Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with familiarity with industry research methods. - Consulting, strategy, or investment-related experience is a plus.
