Responsibilities
Team Introduction: The CSR team carries a special mission to design and implement comprehensive CSR programs that create positive value for society and communities, contribute to local economic development, support businesses in digital transformation, and promote Vietnamese products on e-commerce platforms. We work closely with the Vietnamese government, ministries such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) and the Ministry of Agriculture, provincial authorities nationwide, relevant associations, as well as partners in TikTok Shop’s ecosystem, including MCNs, TSPs, sellers, and creators. Our key initiatives include the weekly Online Sale Campaign (every Saturday), Buy Local, OCOP Market Fair, GreenUP, Fruit in Bloom, and more. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Developing and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, including conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness. - Coordinate and execute CSR campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders. - Support the development and ongoing management of the company’s social responsibility initiatives. - Enhance public awareness of the company’s CSR commitments through targeted marketing efforts. - Reinforce CSR policies and initiatives through effective internal communications. - Handle administrative tasks related to CSR operations and provide support in issue resolution as needed. - Prepare and present reports on CSR activities and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university students pursuing a Bachelor's degree - Able to commit at least 3 months for the internship period (longer preferred) - Strong understanding and interest in Marketing and Communications Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in project management or PMO, preferably within the e-commerce industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate messages and materials.
