1GBM EUI, TikTok's Global Business Marketing team, champions the brand in the B2B space by educating, inspiring, and creating opportunities for sales teams to build key client relationships and showcase TikTok’s ability to drive business outcomes. The GBM EUI team is seeking a Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across brand campaigns, events, client engagement, and partnerships, turning insights into strategies that maximize impact and ROI. Reporting to the Strategy and Operations lead for EUI in London, the Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager will turn complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll build and maintain scalable Business Intellegence reporting structures, validate and ensure the integrity of marketing data, and surface insights that drive smarter decisions across paid and owned channels. You’ll master data storytelling, translating analytics into easy to use dashboards and compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders, while innovating new ways to measure marketing performance and prove ROI. Partnering closely with Marketing Tech global team, Regional Product team, and broader marketing org including marcomms and events, you'll embed insights into every stage of planning and execution, and craft data-driven stories for industry partners, trade bodies, and publications. In TikTok's fast-paced environment, you'll be proactive, adaptable, and always ahead of the curve, spotting trends, seizing opportunities, and redefining how we measure marketing success. The ideal candidate will bring proven B2B marketing analytics experience, advanced analytical skills, and a passion for turning numbers into stories that inspire action. Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Analytics & Performance Measurement: - Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards to track global objectives and regional KPIs. - Conduct macro and micro-level analysis of campaigns, channels, and other marketing initiatives. - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing impact and ROI. - Establish frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, including attribution, conversion, and engagement metrics. - Provide insights and recommendations that inform resource allocation, prioritization, and future campaign strategies. 2. Marketing Operations: - Support QBR, mid-year, and annual planning cycles, ensuring alignment between global and regional marketing objectives. - Own marketing operations systems (e.g., project management, reporting, dashboards) and identify and implement improvements to existing workflows and tools, ensuring scalability. - Streamline processes to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase cross-team visibility. - Budget and finance management: Oversee marketing budgets, track spend in partnership with Finance, own payments to 3P vendors and ensure alignment with strategic priorities while maintaining accuracy and transparency. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Act as the bridge between global marketing, regional teams, and other stakeholders. - Translate data insights into clear recommendations for campaign strategy, execution, and investment. - Ensure operational and measurement practices support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Strong SQL skills, with the ability to independently explore, transform, and validate data. - Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis. - Experience with A/B testing and experimental design. - Proficiency in building visualisations and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar. - Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise based on impact and clearly communicate trade-offs. - Curious, autonomous, and action-oriented, you thrive in ambiguity and are not afraid to ask challenging questions. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Strategy, Marketing Science, and Operations. - Ability to align diverse stakeholders and deliver initiatives effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Understanding of marketing funnel metrics across both performance and organic channels. - Experience working with product and growth teams to test and evaluate features or user journeys. - Familiarity with causal inference methods. - In-depth knowledge of the social, media, and advertising landscapes, particularly within the media industry. - Track record of success in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. - Enthusiasm for new media and technology trends, with an active interest in TikTok’s mission and platform.
