About the team The Education team designs and delivers projects that empower sellers and internal employees through scalable approaches. Our mission is to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities to succeed, ensuring initiatives are impactful, measurable, and aligned with business goals. We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality education programs, outreach strategies, and capability-building projects. About the Role We are seeking an Education Team Leader to strategize, oversee, and drive education projects. You will lead a team of project managers, ensure seamless execution, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. The role balances strategic leadership, operational management, and team development to elevate seller and internal employee capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic project & team leadership - Define the education strategy and roadmap to meet business priorities and long-term capability goals. - Align initiatives with broader platform objectives to ensure scalability. - Identify opportunities for innovation in program design, delivery methods, and outreach. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers to deliver excellence in execution. - Foster collaboration across product, marketing, operations, and other XFN teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Operational Management - Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of education projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery. - Establish clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and drive continuous improvement. - Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically account/category management or marketing. With at least 1 year of management/leadership experience. - Proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-impact projects - Strong data interpretation and analytical skills to guide decisions and measure impact. - Excellent in communication & leading cross-functional projects, with the ability to manage both upward and downward effectively. Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to education program design, seller outreach, or capability-building initiatives. - Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and scaling solutions.
