About AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. Responsibilities - Develop and drive product strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans to achieve business objectives. - Translate business goals, user needs, and market opportunities into clear product requirements and priorities. - Conduct research on users, competitors, and industry trends to inform product direction and design decisions. - Define and manage product features, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals. - Oversee product testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure high-quality launches. - Monitor product performance and iterate based on data, user feedback, and business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, align priorities, and resolve ambiguities. - Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and innovative opportunities to continuously improve product offerings. - Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth product delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. - Provide transparent updates on progress, timelines, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelors/Master's degree in related business or technical field. 2. Ability to develop long-term product vision and roadmap and translate into executable deliverables and milestones. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation to stakeholders and executives. 4. Ability to influence & guide cross-functional teams without authority. 5. Previous experience in the tech industry, particularly within social media or short video platforms. Preferred Qualifications 1. Knowledge and passion for technical and platform product management experiences.
