About us CAI (Creator Acquisition & Incubation) is a dedicated team focused on recruiting high-quality content creators and driving their growth at scale. Recognizing that creators are central to the success of TikTok Shop, CAI prioritizes strategies and solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of a large and diverse creator base. By leveraging scalable programs, streamlined resources, and a supportive ecosystem, CAI empowers creators to succeed collectively and contributes to the broader growth of the TikTok Shop ecosystem. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Responsible for recruiting, activating E-commerce creators for new markets, assisting the team in formulating strategies, and configuring the backend settings of the creator operation tool. - Assist in data analysis, monitor creator active key indicators, and output creator operation optimization strategies. - Assist in planning and executing creator incubation campaigns, based on the creators' performance at different stages, plan different campaign schemes to help creators grow better on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: - Currently studying Undergraduate/Master students, able to commit to 20 hours per week for over 3 months. - Available from Sept/Early Oct 2025 - Professional proficiency in written and speaking in English; Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proactive and adaptive to quick changes, also eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to think creatively, logically and structurally. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledgeable in content E-commerce, relevant experiences in e-commerce will be preferred.
