TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team in London as a Live Streaming & Account Operations Manager. This hybrid role combines live streaming operations with merchant account management, driving both content excellence and commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in live streaming (preferably Douyin/TikTok), influencer management, and merchant relationship-building, alongside a commercial mindset to negotiate deals and develop category strategies. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow relationships with merchants to deliver high-performing live streaming events. - Provide training and support to merchants on live streaming best practices, ensuring high-quality content and strong GMV results. - Build and maintain strong merchant partnerships, including negotiating deals based on campaign, seasonality, and securing first-to-market launches. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, creator managers, policy, legal, logistics, Ads, and agencies) to deliver seamless live streaming and commercial initiatives. - Contribute to overall category strategy by identifying growth opportunities, leveraging trends, and supporting affiliate programs. - Monitor live streaming and merchant performance metrics, using data to optimize operations, content, and commercial strategies. - Identify, recruit, and manage new influencers and merchants to strengthen platform competitiveness. - Lead or participate in team projects to continuously improve operational efficiency and ways of working.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Proven experience in live streaming operations, content management, influencer management, or merchant account management. - Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating deals and driving growth through campaigns and partnerships. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into action. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Deep understanding of live streaming platforms, especially TikTok. - Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and ability to identify category/industry growth opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience in the UK market and/or startup environments. - Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial approach, able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
