About the Client Solutions Team: The Client Solutions team is dedicated to building scalable, long-term partnerships by delivering best-in-class campaign services and addressing the unique challenges of direct clients and agencies. As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and consultant, combining deep product expertise with critical thinking and analytical acumen to drive client success across TikTok’s suite of advertising solutions. Our team is composed of digital marketing experts who proactively shape clients' growth strategies, including upsells, renewals, and reactivations. We are trusted advisors who connect key stakeholders, inspire innovation through insights, and foster collaboration that leads to measurable business outcomes and enduring client relationships. Success in this role requires a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven, scalable solutions that exceed expectations and secure long-term investment. About the role: The Client Solutions Manager - Apps is an expert in TikTok's performance & branding advertisement products for app-first clients in various industries in the GCC (e.g., FinTech, travel, utilities, etc.). The Client Solutions Manager proposes full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and is responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage. The roles & responsibilities also include educating new or additional TikTok ad products and adopting new features to seek opportunities in upselling to existing clients. Responsibilities: - Own and grow post-sales relationships with app-first advertisers across industries (e.g., FinTech, travel, utilities, hail riding, etc.), with a focus on driving measurable user acquisition and retention outcomes. - Partner with Business Partnership Managers in pre-sales by providing technical expertise on SKAN, MMP integrations, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement frameworks. - Develop, launch, and continuously optimize performance-driven strategies to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC), improve conversion rates (CVR), and maximize lifetime value (LTV). - Maximize adoption of TikTok’s performance advertising solutions while ensuring proper measurement setup. - Translate complex campaign data into actionable insights; run deep performance analyses to surface trends, build benchmarks, and publish case studies. - Lead performance business reviews, consulting clients on optimization opportunities and product adoption strategies to scale their growth on TikTok. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Measurement, Product, Creative, and Ad Ops teams to ensure seamless technical setup, creative testing, and accurate performance reporting. - Champion TikTok’s app advertising solutions internally and externally, sharing learnings and best practices to raise the team’s and market’s overall performance capability. - Educate clients on TikTok’s evolving performance stack, including measurement solutions, conversion APIs, and SKAN readiness, while collecting feedback to influence product development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Language & Communication: Due to the nature of the clients and regions this role will be supporting, fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written), with strong client-facing communication skills is essential. - Experience & Track Record: At least 5 years experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or mobile app growth, with proven success managing app-first advertisers. - Performance & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret datasets, link performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention, etc.) to business outcomes, and drive campaign optimization. - Hands-On Campaign Expertise: Direct experience running UA and performance campaigns on auction-based platforms, with working knowledge of MMPs, attribution frameworks, and SKAN best practices. - Market & Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the GCC & Egypt app market, especially FinTech, travel, eCommerce, and utilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Sales & Growth Orientation: Sales-minded with strong account management skills, ideally scaling app-first clients across competitive verticals. - App-First Industry Expertise: Experience working with or within global app developers, gaming, or app-first companies, with insight into growth and monetization strategies. - Technical Proficiency: Understanding of app marketing infrastructure, including SDK integrations, server-to-server tracking, conversion APIs, and event setup. - Measurement & Testing Skills: Proven ability to conduct measurement studies (incrementality tests, A/B experiments, LTV modeling) and apply results to optimize growth. - Creative & Strategic Thinking: Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
