About The Team We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Global Account Manager to join our growing Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team that is a vital role in meeting client and business objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. Through establishing and building trusted cross-functional relationships, our Global Account Managers are a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of products. They have a key focus on reporting, analytics, advertiser education & advertiser added value management. Success in this position requires a focus on media acumen, account management, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite. Responsibilities - Managing a set of global accounts, the role includes a mix of operational excellence, strategy, business acumen, client servicing and sales. - Galvanize their accounts by partnering with Sales team leads to drive revenue, while providing longer term strategic direction for regional teams. - Working together with Global Account Directors and Global Account Leads to meet account strategic priorities and delivery of JBP strategic value ads. Being the voice of the Global accounts team to regional markets to ensure consistency and delivery of overall account objectives/ targets. - Team product expert, develop a strong knowledge base for TikTok product offering and advanced client reporting and measurement opportunities. Unlock commerce and creative opportunities by ensuring client understanding of TikTok products. - Partner with various cross-functional teams (including Consumer, Content, Product, and Revenue teams) to organize and implement complex global projects. - Ability to run trainings, client workshops, capability building and compelling storytelling and sellthrough in brief responses - Lead the development and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) -- sharing performance updates, key insights, and strategic recommendations with clients. - Navigating a complex matrix with clients in multiple markets from global Media leads to global Brand managers. - Build marketing materials that help guide best practices across creative, ad products, and measurement. - Follow and share Global Account trends, news, insights, and nuances to steward internal education across regions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 4+ years of experience in client and/or project management, managing budgets, and media campaigns within digital media, advertising agency or tech platforms. - Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally. - Experience working with internal cross-functional partners, commercial teams, and managing external client communications. - Strong communication skills. - Strong XLS and PPT skills and the ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations. - Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. - Comfortable working in a startup culture with the flexibility to adapt to changes. Preferred Qualifications - Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking. - Experience working with global partners in different time zones & cultures. - Passion for data and technology. - Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT).

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $148960 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
