Responsibilities
About the role: TikTok’s BPMs are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, and we aim to create a native experience for our users and to develop deep connections with our brands. The Key Accounts client partnerships team is looking for a Partnerships Manager to manage and drive its assigned vertical. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem, deep connections with the focused industry and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus. Responsibilities: - Define the vertical strategy and ensure proper planning for accounts within your book of business - Create compelling narratives and playbooks to reflect industry trends and build on use cases that match your partner's business objectives - Grow existing relationships within the vertical and work towards unlocking additional opportunities - Develop a consultative approach to offer best-in-class media strategies, from business planning to measurement of KPIs - Educate brand stakeholders on the key value of TikTok as a platform and build on best practices for the vertical - Ensure a state of the art business servicing level with the support of client solutions and cross functional teams - Initiate and lead on all internal and external initiatives pertaining to the focused industry to meet revenue objectives
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem or hands-on experience with media agencies and industry partners. - Proven ability to drive business objectives and meet revenue goals. - High oral fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate directly with business partners across the METAP region, and high written proficiency is needed to accurately interpret and apply technical documentation relevant to ongoing projects. Preferred Qualification(s): - Experience in the KSA market, with established relationships across the industry. - Demonstrated success in building projects or business initiatives from the ground up. - Creative and strategic thinker, able to identify growth opportunities and solve problems innovatively. - Collaborative team player with a proactive, “can-do” mindset in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for TikTok marketing and digital innovation, with a track record of exceeding targets.
