About the Team The EU LIVE Creator Strategy Team is the engine behind our live streaming ecosystem's success across the continent. We design data-driven strategies, optimize creators' performance, and execute impactful online campaigns to engage our community and drive growth. Internship Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our strategy for LIVE creators across various European markets. This role is perfect for someone who is not only fluent in English but also possesses a sharp logical mind, a keen interest in data, and a genuine passion for the live streaming and entertainment industry. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Key Responsibilities - Strategy Design & Localization: Assist in designing and localizing creator online campaign strategies for different European countries (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy), ensuring they are culturally relevant and engaging. - Campaign Execution: Take ownership of campaign configuration and implementation within our internal platforms, ensuring a smooth and accurate launch. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and organize data related to creator performance and user engagement. Support the team with regular reporting and data visualization. - Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses of campaigns to evaluate performance, identify key success factors and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field. - Full professional fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent both written and oral communication skills. - Strong logical and analytical thinking; able to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions. - Basic data mindset; comfortable working with data sets, and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a strong plus. - A keen interest in and understanding of the live streaming, entertainment, or social media industry. You should be familiar with major platforms and have a sense of what makes a streamer or content creator successful. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
