About The Team: The goal of the Monetization Strategy and Operations team is to act as business partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, UK, and US. Join TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team and help brands grow through data, creativity, and strategy. As a Business Strategy & Insights Intern, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, develop impactful campaign strategies, and support our sales teams in building meaningful client partnerships across Southern Europe. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities - Data Analysis & Insights Analyze campaign, platform, and market data to uncover key trends and insights. Monitor product updates, creative and competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across industries. - Strategy Development Develop and scale impactful campaign strategies that help brands achieve measurable results on TikTok. Turn data and insights into actionable best practices and narratives that inspire clients and strengthen our commercial storytelling. - Client Engagement & Support Support client and agency engagements by providing clear, data-driven market insights. Contribute to strategic conversations with advertisers, helping them understand industry trends and unlock growth opportunities on TikTok.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above (must be enrolled during the internship period) - Available for a 3–6 month internship based in Madrid (in-office attendance required) - Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights - Interest in digital marketing, media, or strategic consulting - In this role you will be collaborating extensively with peers and directly with teams based in Spain and across EMEA, This collaboration is necessary to support the development and communicate directly with business partners across the region, and high levels of written and oral fluency in Spanish and English would be beneficial for this role, including an ability to communicate in industry specific terminology with ease.
