About The Team: The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is a high-impact unit at the center of TikTok’s global advertising business. We partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, set revenue plans, design incentive policies, and build the operational foundations that enable TikTok to scale. Our work spans markets and functions, requiring sharp problem-solving, rigorous analysis, and the ability to execute in complex environments. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Project Support: Actively contribute to end-to-end project delivery, including design, execution, progress tracking, and review, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration and timely achievement of goals. - Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and processing project-related data, and conduct basic analysis to provide actionable insights. - Process Optimization: Support the team by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency. - Knowledge Hub: Build and maintain a central repository of project resources (best practices, guidelines, SOPs, project cases) to ensure clarity and consistency across the team. - Team Enablement: Act as an operational backbone by keeping meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups structured and documented. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or a related field. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Basic skills in data collection, processing, and analysis; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets. - Comfortable with PowerPoint and other common productivity tools. - Passion for project management, the creator economy, livestreaming, or digital media.
