1GBM EUI, TikTok's Global Business Marketing team, champions the brand in the B2B space by educating, inspiring, and creating opportunities for sales teams to build key client relationships and showcase TikTok's ability to drive business outcomes. The GBM UK team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the UK marketing strategy through brand campaigns, events, client engagement, and partnerships. Reporting to the Marketing Lead for UK, Nordics and Benelux, this role is integral to growing client awareness and affinity for TikTok for Business, driving new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships in the UK. The Marketing Manager will thrive in shaping the stories that define TikTok in the UK - crafting clear, compelling, and insight-led content across every touchpoint. From narrative frameworks and keynote scripts to reports, presentations, and campaign messaging, this role is anchored in editorial excellence, product fluency, and the ability to translate TikTok's advertising solutions into meaningful, market-ready storytelling. Working in lockstep with our Regional Product Marketing Communications team, they will scale and adapt regional narratives for a UK B2B audience, ensuring they land with relevance, clarity, and commercial impact. They will also generate net-new UK-specific content and marketing programmes that address local challenges, answer client needs, and deliver against the UK marketing plan. Crucially, they will own the full go-to-market process, taking this content into market, managing execution, and ensuring it reaches the right audiences at the right moments. They will balance a dynamic calendar of initiatives, partner closely with Sales, Comms, Events, Product, and Marketing Science, and support standout client moments. The ideal candidate brings sharp editorial instincts, strong product understanding, proven B2B experience, and a genuine passion for creativity, technology, and culture. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing Development - Shape and deliver the UK marketing strategy across content, events, campaigns, and partnerships, ensuring a clear link to commercial goals. - Build strategic narratives and messaging frameworks that position TikTok as the modern marketing partner for UK brands. - Develop go-to-market plans for verticals and advertising product launches, ensuring UK needs are represented. - Work in lockstep with Regional Product Marketing Communications to scale regional work and adapt it for a UK B2B audience. - Lead the creation and in-market rollout of flagship moments, from thought leadership to major industry events. 2. Content Development and Editorial Excellence - Produce high-quality content across the marketing ecosystem, including messaging frameworks, keynote scripts, narrative decks, reports, and editorial pieces. - Translate complex product information, data, and cultural insight into clear, commercially relevant storytelling. - Partner with Insights, Analytics, and Research to surface trends and signals that strengthen UK narratives. - Ensure every asset is crafted with clarity, consistency, and a strong editorial voice. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales to develop client-first strategies that deepen platform understanding and unlock opportunities. - Partner with Product Strategy, TikTok Shop, Marketing Science, Events, and Comms to ensure coherent, aligned UK messaging. - Act as a central connector across teams, driving clarity, reducing duplication, and unifying narratives across touchpoints. - Build productive external relationships with agencies and industry organisations to elevate TikTok’s UK voice. 4. Thought Leadership and Industry Visibility - Drive thought leadership that reflects the evolving intersection of culture, content, and commerce on TikTok. - Curate and deliver roundtables, workshops, and roadshows that provide meaningful insight for UK advertisers. - Secure speaking engagements and editorial opportunities that strengthen TikTok’s presence in the market. - Create distinctive UK market POVs that blend cultural intelligence with platform data. 5. Insight, Measurement and Optimisation - Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and events to identify learnings and shape future work. - Turn analytics and research into simple, actionable recommendations for sales and leadership. - Implement test-and-learn approaches to continually refine impact and client satisfaction. 6. Project Management and Operational Excellence - Manage the UK marketing calendar, ensuring clarity of priorities and seamless delivery. - Oversee the end-to-end production of content and campaigns, maintaining high creative and strategic standards. - Coordinate workflows across teams and partners with strong communication and structured planning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and multi-channel content creation. - Proven success in leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results. - Proven ability to craft high-quality marketing materials across multiple touchpoints: messaging frameworks, keynote scripts, presentations, narrative decks, industry reports, and thought leadership pieces. - Strong editorial instincts and the ability to translate data, insights, and product information into compelling, audience-ready storytelling. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing Science, and Communications. - Ability to align diverse stakeholders and execute marketing initiatives seamlessly. - Analytical mindset with experience applying data-driven insights and tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, and Sprinklr to optimize campaigns. Preferred Qualifications: - A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills, adept at influencing and working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative/media agencies. - Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities and deadlines. - Comprehensive knowledge of the social, media, and advertising landscapes, with a particular emphasis on the UK media industry. - Experience creating and implementing event programs, from securing speaking engagements to organising large-scale events and agency roadshows. - Demonstrated success in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a hands-on approach and an enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement. - Passionate about new media and technology trends, especially with an active interest in TikTok’s mission and platform.
