Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Creativity is the soul of advertising. TikTok's Creative Product Operations Team develops world-leading technical solutions for the creation, interpretation, and optimization of ad creativity. Our mission is to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and third-party participants within the ecosystem, delivering the most engaging creative experiences to end users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Support Consideration Ads product operations across the TikTok GAPAC region, collaborating with Sales, Product, and other teams to drive project execution and daily operations. - Monitor advertising products, creator ecosystem trends, creative formats, and platform content to explore creative and delivery methodologies suitable for Consideration Ads. - Assist in monitoring, organizing, and visualizing advertising/product data to support reviews, insights, and product optimization. - Extract key highlights from campaign performance and produce showcases, case studies, and external-facing materials (e.g., posts, decks). - Conduct basic data queries and information consolidation to improve operational and analytical efficiency. - Ensure clear, efficient communication with cross-functional teams and maintain smooth information flow.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Students pursuing bachelor’s degree or higher, who can commit to an internship of 3 months or longer (must remain enrolled at the university during the internship period). - This is a pre-employment internship, so applicants should not have a confirmed job offer after graduation. - Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation. - Interest in advertising products, content marketing, creator ecosystem, and creative trends; proactive in following industry developments. - Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus. - High Japanese and English skill, both oral and written are required for concise communication; able to align effectively across teams.
