Responsibilities
TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. The EU Central Campaign Team is driven by a simple vision: to build meaningful moments that connect users, sellers, and creators, and to turn those moments into sustainable growth for the platform. We design and operate campaigns that not only deliver short-term results, but also strengthen the long-term ecosystem. Our team focuses on creating high-impact campaign frameworks that bring together content, commerce, and community. Through seasonal and thematic activations, we help shape clear content direction, elevate storytelling standards, and spotlight best practices that can be scaled across markets. Each campaign is an opportunity to inspire participation, unlock creativity, and enable sellers and creators to generate greater value through engaging experiences. Beyond execution, we serve as an enabler for the wider organization. We work closely with cross-functional partners to align strategy, operations, and insights, ensuring that campaigns are efficient, data-informed, and easy to replicate. By continuously learning from performance and market feedback, we refine playbooks that empower teams on the ground to execute with confidence. - Brand Campaign strategy: Evaluate brand product readiness, pricing structure, promotional fit, and creative requirements for each campaign. Build scalable campaign frameworks that ensure consistent execution and high-quality brand representation - Brand Campaign Operations: Work with brands to strengthen product assortment, promotional strategies, and demand planning for key seasons. Monitor campaign performance across traffic, engagement, ads usage, and sales conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights to help brands optimize product strategy, campaign readiness, and content planning. - Ads Activation & Brand Monetization Growth: Support the development of advertising strategies that help brands improve visibility and campaign performance. Encourage brand adoption of ad solutions that align with campaign objectives. - Design and Optimize Landing Pages: Work with designers to create engaging campaign landing pages, ensuring the layout, content, and visuals effectively support the campaign message and enhance the user experience. - In-App Resource Configuration: Configure in-app resources and ensure seamless campaign integration across banners, notifications, and other touchpoints to maximize visibility and user engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign operations or digital marketing, with a focus on user experience and in-app campaigns. - Campaign management: Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale campaigns, with an ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and market trends. - Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Proven experience working within diverse, multicultural teams or across multiple regions, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity to support effective collaboration and campaign relevance. - Communication Skill: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience in cross-functional team collaboration or big projects with multiple stakeholders. - Fluent in English with proficiency in an additional European language (such as French, German, or Spanish) to facilitate local campaign communication and support effective collaboration with regional teams and partners. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. - Project management skill: Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines effectively - Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market conditions and consumer insights. - Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for design and user experience that enhances the effectiveness of campaign elements.
