Responsibilities
The Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. Join TikTok's North America Measurement team as the Core Measurement Strategy, Operations & Analytics Lead, where you'll drive the vision and execution of measurement strategies that shape how we understand, communicate and scale impact across our business. Reporting directly to the North America Measurement Partner Leader, you'll lead a talented team of Business Analysts and Program Managers to transform measurement from a function into a strategic advantage. Our mission is simple but powerful: Make measurement clear. Make it scale. Make it matter. Responsibilities: - Synthesize and document measurement strategy for the North America region and provide input into vertical level strategy that drives adoption of measurement, produces positive business outcomes for advertisers and helps grow TikTok advertising share of wallet. - Lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Analysts and Program Managers, setting clear priorities, operating rhythms, and growth paths. - Partner closely with the North America Measurement Partner Leader to define, demonstrate, and communicate the impact and ROI of measurement efforts across North America. - Establish and deliver the recurring measurement heartbeat (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly reporting) that keeps leadership and vertical teams aligned. - Design and own scalable reporting frameworks that connect measurement outputs to business outcomes, leadership priorities and advertiser growth. - Guide strategic program initiatives in partnership with XFN teams, exploring new hypotheses and validating measurement approaches that answer critical business questions. - Collaborate with Sales teams to develop and deliver client measurement strategies that demonstrate TikTok's business value and drive advertiser success. - Work with Product teams to inform roadmaps, validate feature impact, and translate product requests into actionable priorities for vertical teams. - Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, turning complex measurement signals into clear, actionable narratives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in analytics, measurement or related fields, with a strong track record of managing and scaling teams. - Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams of analysts and program managers. - Deep experience delivering client-facing measurement strategies, ideally within advertising, marketing analytics, or tech platforms. - Proven ability to partner effectively with Sales and Product teams in fast paced, matrixed environments. - Strong strategic storyteller with the ability to translate complex data and programs into clear, compelling leadership narratives. - Highly operational mindset, with experience building repeatable frameworks, reporting systems, and scalable processes. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving clarity across multiple work streams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working at strategy consulting firms specializing in marketing measurement practice or at peer technology advertising platforms. - Deep understanding of 1st party measurement solutions such as brand lift, conversion lift etc as well as 3P solutions focused on attribution and marketing mix modeling. Hands on experience working with these solutions. - Understanding of databases, programming languages such as Python and SQL. Ability to influence design of database and reporting systems. - Background in data science methods to inform hypotheses for testing and building scalable analysis in partnership with Product and R&D teams. - Demonstrable experience designing and executing large scale measurement programs to drive behavior change at scale. Ability to move key KPIs related to the programs.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $148800 - $350080 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
