About the Team: The Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization is responsible for driving revenue growth across TikTok’s business. As the company continues to scale rapidly, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier commercial talent to support this growth. We are continuing to expand our GBS Talent Acquisition function and are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support Enterprise Sales hiring in North America. This role is an individual contributor position that partners closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition for GBS Sales, as well as senior Sales Leaders and their direct leadership teams. About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting GBS Enterprise Sales, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, owning full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact commercial roles. You will combine strong execution with data-driven insights, market intelligence, and stakeholder influence to deliver hiring outcomes aligned to business priorities. You'll act as an ambassador for TikTok and the GBS Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a high-quality, consistent candidate experience while helping evolve recruiting strategies, processes, and capabilities as the organization scales. At this time, our organization operates on a hybrid model, requiring employees to be in the office 4 days per week (or as directed by their manager or department). This model is reviewed regularly, and requirements may evolve over time, with an anticipated transition to full-time in-office (RTO5) by end of year. Responsibilities: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own and drive end-to-end recruiting for Enterprise Sales roles, from sourcing through offer, delivering a consistently high bar candidate experience. - Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with Sales Leaders, their -1/-2 leadership teams, HR Business Partners, and the Head of TA for GBS Sales to understand hiring needs, define role scope, and influence hiring decisions. - Strategic Hiring & Talent Insights: Leverage data, talent intelligence, and market insights to identify talent gaps, inform hiring strategies, and provide recommendations on workforce planning, role design, and prioritization. - Sales Hiring Expertise: Support hiring across Enterprise and commercial sales functions, aligning talent strategies to the evolving needs of a fast-growing, revenue-driven organization. - Process & Capability Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, policies, and systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcers, recruiting operations, and cross-functional partners to deliver hiring outcomes at speed and scale.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - 2+ years of experience recruiting for sales, commercial, or revenue-generating roles. - Demonstrated ability to manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously while partnering with both regional and global stakeholders. - Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to use metrics and market insights to advise hiring managers and inform hiring strategy. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience operating autonomously in ambiguous, global environments with shifting priorities. - Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. - Experience partnering with senior Sales leaders in complex, matrixed organizations. - Comfort balancing hands-on execution with strategic advisory responsibilities.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $216 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
