Responsibilities
About the team The community insights team aims to revolutionize the way to quickly and accurately identify and fulfill user needs. The team leverages content understanding and user signals to identify business opportunities and turn our findings into real products to power exponential growth; provide iterative, actionable and personalized insights. We are looking for generalists and specialists in AI/ML techniques, including computer vision (CV), natural language processing (NLP), and audio signal processing. You will be responsible for partnering with a variety of stakeholders (product, operations, policy, and engineering) and developing state-of-the-art models. What You'll Do: 1. Design and build core capabilities by leveraging content understanding capabilities, such as natural language processing, machine learning CL), or computer vision, to extract insights and improve monetization strategies; 2. Develop creative solutions and build prototypes for business problems using algorithms based on the latest deep learning, machine learning, statistics, and optimization techniques; 3. Independently manage end-to-end model development to understand and meet user needs, accelerate automation processes and insight generation 4. Verify the business value and estimated revenue of the project using methods such as AB testing; 5. Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale data science solutions. 6. Design , develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree and above, ideally in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or majors that work with data/model/machine learning. - Strong foundation in statistical analysis and machine learning, with hands-on experience building and validating predictive models on large datasets. - Proven experience in developing, implementing and optimising ML models and algorithms - Strong proficiency in programming languages for both Python and SQL - Experience in applied ML, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong track record of translating data into user insights and product impact. - Experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing, and model development; - Strong proficiency in English with proven experience in communicating analytical and technical content in an easy to understand way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: - Clear understanding of data pipeline, model development, model testing and deployment; - Intellectual curiosity, along with excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to desegregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions. - Prior experience in working on community insights / content understanding
