The e-Commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. Our product engineering team is responsible for building an e-Commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us as we drive the future of e-Commerce here at TikTok. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. Be responsible for supporting HRBP daily work, such as people management, talent management, talent mapping and sourcing etc. 2. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events. 3. Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations. 4. Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up, handing employee inquiries and coordinating in fulfilling the inquiries while following up the results and process feedback closely.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in English, spoken and written. Undergraduates or Masters graduating in 2026 and beyond. Any major is welcome Demonstrate interest in the human resource field.
