Responsibilities

Team Introduction TikTok's Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team aims to drive ad product growth by leading product strategy and go-to-market plans, as well as reflecting key market insights and product feedback to global product teams to improve TikTok's suite of ad products. A truly collaborative team, PSO works closely with Marketing Science, Solutions Engineering, Global Business Marketing and many more teams. Our team is agile and curious, and the place to be for problem-solvers and strategic thinkers who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. TikTok seeks a product marketing professional with a background in digital media to lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Korea. Sitting as part of the Australia, New Zealand and Korea Product Marketing team in the Product Solutions & Operations organisation, the role involves close collaboration with both in-market sales and global product teams in a high growth environment. Ability to self-motivate, prioritise projects and influence cross functional partners are key skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working with digital advertising products in a product marketing capacity and also be familiar with app and brand marketing. This is a full-time position based in Seoul. Responsibilities: - Own product growth and adoption for specific TikTok ad products and/or measurement products in South Korea - Collaborate with Sales teams to develop best practices through the lens of marketers to drive business outcomes - Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, Global & Regional product marketing teams to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies - Plan and deliver product training to sales teams and develop product marketing collaterals - Act as the voice of the market to the product team; analyze, evaluate and synthesise market opportunities, in-market feedback and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above with 5 years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, digital advertising or relevant experience - Track record of influencing cross-functional teams - Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task and work independently - Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - A commercial and data-driven mindset with experience conducting market research and analysis, building business cases to influence product management decisions - Fluency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with and support our diverse customer base across Korea Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in digital marketing business for brand & app campaigns - Possess a strong knowledge of trends in the industry and strong understanding of client's digital marketing objectives for these industries - Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy
