About the Team The Strategy & Analytics team for Global E-Commerce plays a core role in analyzing industry trends, setting business targets and reviewing business performance in the UK and Europe. This team is responsible for both quartlerly/yearly and long term targets. It is a highly cross-functional team, with exposure to a multitude of business teams and stakeholders. As a member of this team, you will be focusing on key metrics as well as deep-drives and overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA's logistics and supply chain function. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. [EMEA Start Dates] - June 8th, 2026 - June 22nd, 2026 - July 6th, 2026 Responsibilities - Deploy a data-driven approach to assess strategic and financial health of e-commerce logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations; - Analyse and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a MBA degree, graduating after September 2026, eligiable to work in the UK; - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026; - Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading edge business models and strategies - Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications - Past work experiences in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy are preferred; - Past work experience in consumer, Ecommerce and Logistics experience are preferred; - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, enabling effective communication in multiple senior stakeholder meetings across the business, though it is not essential.
