Responsibilities

About the Team The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will work with stakeholders across the globe, managing our resource planning cycle and process for the AI Data Service and Operations team to ensure operational efficiency at a large-scale. - You will be responsible for resource planning for the operations delivery teams within AI Data Service and Operations to ensure the right resources are in the right place, at the right time, thereby maintaining operational efficiency. - You will set up resource allocation principles and come up with resource planning solutions based on limitations from business growth, cost control, management optimization and resource constraints. - You will drive process improvement projects to regularly improve the resource planning process and methodologies, and ensure the process is relevant across different groups of stakeholders. - You will be running program management for internal regular resource planning practices with both working level and executive level stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or statistics. - At least 3 years of relevant work experience, such as data analysis, resource management, supply-chain management or dispatch/control. Experience with large-scale operations planning will be a plus. - Expert in data analysis, minimally using Excel. - Keen eye for details - comfortably handling large sets of data yet being able to spot granular details. - Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
