Responsibilities
Team Introduction TikTok Pangle is TikTok's exclusive Ad Network, currently available in nearly 50 markets. TikTok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond TikTok by accessing top local publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions. TikTok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at our Company aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities: - Assist in building Pangle's identity resolution spine, enabling privacy-safe, performance-driven programmatic ad buying and personalized ad experiences. - Learn about shifts in privacy, platform APIs (e.g., SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox), and market dynamics to understand product vision development. - Support engineering, data science, and MLOps teams in ingesting, reconciling, and activating first- and third-party data sets (device, app, click-stream, server-to-server, clean rooms). - Participate in iterative experimentation to improve identity match rate, signal quality, and downstream ROI for advertisers. - Collaborate with diverse teams including Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and vertical experience units to understand how signals empower product development. - Analyze business challenges and identify key opportunities to inform product development under guidance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. - Strong quantitative reasoning skills - ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions. - Proficient SQL skills - comfortable writing complex queries, analyzing large datasets, and extracting actionable insights from relational databases. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn technical concepts quickly. - Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Passion for technology, advertising, and data-driven product development. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship or project experience in internet/advertising product management, data analysis, or software development. - Understanding of operating-system and network fundamentals (e.g., browser request lifecycle, mobile/desktop OS, network protocols). - Ability to work independently and take initiative while receiving guidance from senior team members. - Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
