Responsibilities
About the User Growth (UG) Team: The User Growth team focuses on driving new user acquisition programs through various performance marketing channels. They develop and improve in-app features to drive installs and user retention. The USDS UG team simultaneously focuses on growth strategies within our US market and helps improve global teams. About the Role: We are looking for a talented, self-directed growth marketing manager with an analytical mindset. You will be responsible for leveraging performance advertising to grow our e-commerce business. Concretely, you'll be working to develop strategies, execute campaigns and work with cross-functional colleagues to grow the business and also improve our tools and skills. Our team enables the business to achieve industry-leading growth and offers opportunities to work at the innovative edge of e-commerce growth. Responsibilities: - Manage ad accounts on TikTok Ads Manager and other mainstream channels with considerable budgets. - Define B2C and B2B strategies to support various business goals, including but not limited to new customer acquisition, retargeting, lead generation, etc. - Own key projects for B2B Seller and Affiliate Creator growth for TikTok Shop, focusing on new strategies to increase lifetime value. - Ensure accurate analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Bring insights into the business and form new methodologies. - Tackle new challenges, provide solutions, and build strategies from 0 to 1. - Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues on growth strategy, budget alignment, and ad delivery to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above. - 3+ years of professional experience in a user growth role involving e-commerce campaign management and performance ads strategy. - Strong data analytics and visualization skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Domo. - Proven experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies. - Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects. - Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in conversion-based campaign management across other platforms; - In-depth knowledge and ownership experience with TikTok Ads Manager e-commerce campaigns utilizing user-generated content (UGC). - Background in both B2C and B2B marketing. - Experience with SQL queries and have a basic understanding of databases and how to find the correct data sources.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $143556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
