Responsibilities
The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally. The Systems Strategy and Operations (SSO) team is a part of the Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) organization at TikTok. We are looking for a Product Marketing Intern to represent the business needs related to our CRM in Europe, work with global counterparts to advocate for solutions, and own the successful GTM of product launches. This is a highly cross-functional role that will require working seamlessly with Sales, MSO and Product. The role is based in London. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Conduct inbound research to understand, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements in the region. Influence the CRM roadmap to align to regional business strategy. - Design outbound (GTM) activities for new product launches, determine and track success metrics, and assume responsibility for the adoption of new solutions. - Analyze data to build business cases for new features and to determine the success of new product rollouts - Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder management. - Serve as a subject matter expert by providing consultations and best practice support for the effective use of our CRM system (e.g. host learning sessions).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Superior problem solving skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to thoroughly structure a complex business problem, identify the root problem, analyze data and recommend solutions. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent collaboration skills including managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing colleagues of varied levels of seniority - Self-starter with excellent time management skills who is capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision - Comfort with ambiguity and a cross-cultural environment, able to quickly adapt in a changing environment, and a fast learner able to quickly cultivate an in-depth knowledge of new business areas - Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape is a plus
