The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated FBT BD Strategy Operations Intern to support our FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) BD team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of TikTok's logistics business across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive execution. You should have a genuine interest in e-commerce supply chain solutions, business development strategy, cross-functional project coordination, etc. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. FBT Business Strategy & Operations - Deeply understand the FBT business model, support FBT business development (BD) strategy formulation and daily operational execution, and drive the delivery of critical strategic projects. 2. Data Analysis & Reporting - Assist in compiling and daily FBT BD operational reports. Proactively monitor core operational KPIs, timely identify data anomalies and abnormal business trends, issue risk alerts, and conduct preliminary root cause diagnosis to support team data-driven decision making 3. Seller Research & Insight - Support full-process seller research and market analysis activities, including seller portrait profiling, demand mining, pain point sorting and operational behavior analysis. Extract actionable, strategy-oriented business insights from research findings, and provide targeted recommendations to iterate BD strategies, optimize seller service solutions and upgrade FBT operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree at university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently; - Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) is preferred. - Eager to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred major in DS, DA, General Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; - Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
