Responsibilities
At TikTok, our Brand Partnerships Managers are at the forefront of building long-term relationships with the world’s most iconic brands. Within the Consumer Goods team, you will be repsonsible for the developing the Beauty and Care clients. You will be partnering with leading brands to drive innovation, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact through our most creative and high-performing advertising solutions. As part of the wider Consumer Goods team, you’ll play a key role in defining how brands connect with audiences on TikTok, inspiring them to show up in ways that are entertaining, authentic, and influential. - Grow TikTok’s business within the Beauty & Care vertical, working closely with leading and emerging brands. Identify and unlock new business opportunities to fuel long-term growth. - Lead senior client relationships and drive adoption of TikTok’s ad products, creative solutions, and strategic best practices. - Engage with C-suite stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and grow revenue. - Shape TikTok’s external narrative in the category through thought leadership and proactive client engagement. - Act as a product and strategy expert, guiding clients and agencies through the evolving TikTok ecosystem. Provide education and insights on platform trends, creative excellence, and performance strategies. - Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and measurement teams to elevate campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Experience in media sales, digital marketing, social or brand partnerships within retail or performance sectors. - Understanding of auction-based buying models, lead generation, and full-funnel marketing strategies. - Strong track record of managing senior client and agency relationships, including C-level engagement. - Analytical and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a flair for storytelling. - Excellent verbal and written English & Danish communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media. - Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills. - Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
