Responsibilities
About the team Welcome to our FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) team! In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Responsibilities - Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations - Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy - Work closely with content creator/influencer to increase the GMV uplift - Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning - Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers’ experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience. - At least 3+ years of experience in E-commerce, working as an Account Manager. - Relevant work experience in Business Development/Account Management/Content Creation/Social Media Marketing, or equivalent fields - Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity. - Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference) - Deep understanding of the Health/Food market, trends, creators ecosystem in Singapore Preferred Qualifications: - Strong network of Health/Food partners and FMCG creators/agencies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - A fast learner with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently. - A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability. - Experience or knowledge of discovery commerce in established markets.
