We're proud to share that TikTok US, TikTok UK, and TikTok Singapore have all been certified by Great Place to Work®! This certification was awarded based on surveys of TikTok employees in all three countries that captured a comprehensive picture of the employee experience.
Great Place to Work® leads the industry with a rigorous, data-based model for quantifying employee experience, and they have surveyed more than 100 million employees globally to define what makes a great workplace. According to their research, a great workplace is "one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do, and enjoy the people they work with." We at TikTok have always strived to build our work culture on these same values, emphasizing collaboration to inspire creativity and bring joy around the world.
While this past year has been anything but ordinary (and led many of us to work from home), we've continued to support our employees through initiatives like our Inclusion Summit, community townhalls, virtual concerts, wellbeing workshops, training sessions, and more.
