This program offers access to a curated set of TikTok’s most ambitious and high-impact research initiatives. You'll work on strategically important problems alongside leading researchers and industry leaders, with opportunities that are not widely available for everyone.

Applications are open year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis. Candidates are encouraged to apply early, as positions may be filled as suitable candidates are identified.

You may apply for up to two graduate positions. There is no limit to the number of internship positions you can apply for.

No. Applications for this program are reviewed independently. Applying to this program will not affect your eligibility for other roles or hiring programs.

The program is designed for PhD students with strong academic achievements, applied research experience, or outstanding project and competition work. We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for cutting-edge research and solving complex technical problems.
