Responsibilities
About the Team The Search Operations team focuses on improving the search experience and driving product engagement. The Search Model Data Team labeled data to supports R&D teams in training and testing algorithms for search business segments, optimizing search functionality, launching new features, and enhancing user experience. Team responsibilities include end-to-end project management: planning, labeling strategy creation, resource forecasting, guideline implementation, and ensuring project delivery quality. Key Responsibilities - Inspect labeled data to ensure quality and timeliness. - Interpret and apply complex guidelines accurately. - Localize and update labeling guidelines; deliver training and calibration sessions. - Conduct calibration meetings with labeling teams (BPO/Vendor), analyze performance, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and alignment. - Collaborate with POCs and stakeholders to enhance data quality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Experience in data labeling, QA, or quality improvement. - Proficient in Korean and English for daily communication. - Understanding of local culture and internet usage habits. - Project management skills, including RCA and data analysis. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to daily challenges. Preferred Qualifications - Overseas experience or exposure across diverse backgrounds, cultures and languages. - Understanding of search engines, AI, and machine learning. - Knowledge of TikTok App features. - Proficiency in common office software.
