About the team: Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. Content that the Quality Operations Team Lead role interacts with includes images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance. Due to the growth and fast growth of TikTok and thus also the LIVE team we are now seeking a new Team Leader who will join our growing team that is focused on ensuring the safety of our platform. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of QA Analysts. - Work closely with the Operation Team in order to provide feedback on quality. - Responsible for monitoring international content quality to ensure community ecological security. - Through data analysis, provide solutions to problems & handle necessary escalation, and form quality inspection reports. - Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation’s needs. - Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform. - Responsible for localising working processes and strategies, solve content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams, such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years experience in coaching and/or Team Lead. - TT Live Project or short video experience. - Outstanding natural communicator , exceptional verbal, written and communication skills in English. - In-depth contact with local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news - Possess strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills - Able to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature - Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above, short video / Livestream product user. - Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc; data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities.
