The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. Responsibilities: - Responsible for live-streaming local operations: setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners. - Establish and maintain partnerships with local content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through good collaborative relationships with local brands or companies. - Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, and social hot issues. - Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improving user retention, consumption rate and Average Revenue Per User value through management of user's life cycle.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in January or May 2025. - Strong communication and writing skills in Russian & English to enable ongoing collaboration and communication. Preferred Qualifications: - Communicating in Azerbaijani is advantageous for supporting ongoing collaboration and communication. - Capable of multi-tasking, taking initiative and collaborating effectively in a team setting. - Exposure in the Tech & Media industry. - Good understanding of trending topics & social content products. - Experience in data analysis work. - Solid understanding of emerging industries. - Hunger for ideas, can-do attitude.
