Responsibilities
About the team TikTok's Global Gaming team is responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient and effective experiences for our major partners and internal stakeholders to support organic and live gaming content growth. Primarily, this will be delivered through program management and QBR infrastructure for our global gaming businesses. The Publisher Program Manager will directly manage our high-profile global content programs, including content partnerships and growth initiatives. Responsibilities: - Deliver end-to-end program management for content partnerships, global collaborations, and operational processes. - Implement owned and operated product go-to-market (GTM) and partner accelerator programs. - Build SOPs/infrastructure to streamline and scale team processes, providing two-way feedback loops and enhancing internal visibility and communication. - Collaborate with virtual teams from Regional Content Operations and cross-functional (XFN) teams to flawlessly execute content programs. - Develop frameworks, templates, best practice playbooks, and resources for regional program execution. - Manage internal and external stakeholders to set and exceed performance and efficiency goals. - Assist in the design and launch of new operational processes. - Evaluate major partner businesses, gather competitive insights, and analyze performance trends to deliver high-quality quarterly business review (QBR) meetings aimed at accelerating overall platform investment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in project or program management experience. - Have a deep understanding and insights of the key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations. Understanding of local business dynamics, including intellectual curiosity to dive deeper into key issues versus accepting a cursory understanding of the creator and gaming marketplace. - Natural collaborator with the ability to drive alignment among various stakeholders throughout the company to reach a common understanding and set of metrics: Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, Algo, Engineering. - Proactive problem-solver with the ability to think creatively when thinking of win-win solutions that prioritizes the unique value TikTok creates for our partners and vice-versa. - Understanding of key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities - Interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams as well as senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications - BS/BA required, MS/MA/MBA considered a plus. - Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills. - Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills - Experience working in a cross-functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs - Experience in product preferred. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $192534 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
